OmniMount Accessory Line Now Includes Travel Safe Screen Cleaner, Flexible Cable Management and Rack Mountable Surge Protector
Expansive line of A/V accessories meets market need for versatile yet targeted solutions
OmniMount, a leader in the consumer and commercial A/V mounting and furniture business for more than 30 years, is announcing the expansion of the OmniMount Essentials line, a complete collection of essential A/V accessories, with three new additions: OESCP, a portable multipurpose screen cleaner, OECMS, a flexible cable management sleeve and OESP10, a 10-outlet surge protector.
The OESCP is a compact multipurpose gel cleaner and cleaning cloth combo that safely and swiftly removes dust, dirt and fingerprints from most viewing surfaces. Designed with travelers in mind, the alcohol- and ammonia-free, no-drip solution comes in a spray bottle containing less than 3 oz. of liquid to meet TSA regulations. The breathable, travel-size case allows the microfiber cleaning cloth to quickly dry post-use, and easily clips inside a laptop bag. The cleaning cloth is anti-static and non-abrasive, making it ideal for use on any LCD screen, including tablets, laptops, cell phones/PDAs and MP3 players — even CDs, DVDs and eyeglasses.
The OECMS is a cable management solution perfect for organizing and concealing all types of cables either at home or in the office, including computer, power and A/V. The flexible neoprene material easily routes cables along desks, walls and A/V units as needed, and a double-sided adhesive strip secures the cable strip in place. The neoprene sleeve can be trimmed to length with scissors or multiple pieces can be used together for longer cable runs. The OECMS has cutouts every 2” for numerous entry/exit points, making it easy to manage cables coming from different places, such as the top and bottom shelves on a piece of furniture, or the left and right sides of a desk. The OECMS is also reversible for two color options: black to disappear behind electronics and white to blend in with walls and baseboards.
The OESP10 is a 10-outlet surge protector designed to protect A/V and IT equipment from electrical surges. Designed to install in any rack system, the surge protector easily clips into place for a seamless look and simple installation. The OESP10 has a 450 joule energy rating and EMI/RFI filtration to reduce A/V noise. The universal design works with all EIA spacing and the 9’ cord with flat 90º plug makes installation hassle-free.
